Evolution Marketing is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support the Social Media Manager and team. In this role you will be responsible for administrative tasks, client account management, creative post development and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, responsive and reliable when it comes to interacting and coordinating with our internal social media team and clients.

Success in this role requires a strong creative or graphic design background, well-rounded knowledge of the influencer space and platforms, experience with Canva and Google Docs, and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively Manage Social Media Accounts on a variety of platforms
  • Schedule social media posts using scheduling tools (i.e., EClincher)
  • Client management—responding to messages and emails in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media
  • Support team members regarding client needs, timelines and recommendations
  • Assisting the Social Media Manager as needed


  • Marketing/Graphic Design or related background with experience
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other relative platform
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Can work under pressure, flexible and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy, creative, critical thinker, problem solver, team player
  • Must be responsive, organized and reliable
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
